SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We ship Worldwide.
     

  • Australian Customers: All products are available to be shipped Australia Wide.
     

  • International Customers: We will only ship rolled prints outside of Australia.
    We offer the below to International customers, shipped in a rolled poster tube for protection:
    - Fine Art Paper - Print Only
    - Rolled Canvas Prints​ (contact me if you would like to order a rolled canvas print)
    * Please note you will not be able to check out with a framed print or stretched canvas in your cart.
    * Please note that for International Customers any customs charges or duties and taxes associated with your order are the customers responsibility.
     

  • All orders are 'Print to Order' so they are custom printed once an order has been placed. That means, when you place an order we send your order details to our printing and framing lab to be custom made.
     

  • Order Time Frames:
    - Unframed Prints - 14-21 business days for your order to be printed. Once ready your order will then be shipped - shipping then takes between 3 days to a week -     delivery time frames can vary depending on your location.
    - Framed Prints and Canvas - 14-21 business days for your order to be printed & framed. Once ready your order will then be shipped - shipping then takes between 3 days to a week -     delivery time frames can vary depending on your location.
     

  • If you are in a hurry to receive your print or would like your print shipped sooner or require it by a certain date, please get in touch, I am happy to assist.
     

  • Once your print has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details on how to track your order.
     

  • Shipping Times:

    Once shipped, shipping times are as follows:
    - Australia Wide – 3-5 business days
    - International – 5-21 business days
     

  • Shipping Costs:

    - $30AUD International Standard Shipping
